I. Payment
☆ Payment will be made upfront before the artist starts working on a commissioned piece.
☆ Payment is sent through the artist's Ko-Fi Page or via PayPal Invoice.
☆ Currency accepted is USD only.II. Process
☆ Commissions are expected to be completed 1-20+ weeks from the day the client has completed payment.
☆ Communication between the client and the artist shall only be done via email or Discord.
☆ Screenshots of the different stages of the commissioned piece/s with watermarks will be sent to the client via the channel of communication agreed upon.
☆ If a due date is agreed upon, it is the client's / clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. The artist shall not be held responsible for late delivery due to delayed responses regarding the commissioned work.
☆ If there is any circumstance preventing the artist from completing the commission, the client shall be informed of the delay.
☆ The finished works shall be sent via the channel of communication used during the transaction.III. Revisions
☆ Major revisions can only be done in the sketch phase. Minor revisions are still acceptable on the rendering phase.
☆ A maximum number of 3 revisions are allowed for the client to request during the sketch stage free of charge.
☆ A maximum number of 3 minor revisions are allowed for the client to request after the sketch stage free of charge.
☆ Additional revisions will be charged in proportion to the additional workload.
☆ Requesting any revision may or may not be accepted for "Surprise Me" commissions, indicated with "Surprise".
☆ The artist has the right to cease making revisions.IV. Copyright and Usage
☆ DO NOT use the artwork for anything related to AI, NFTs, nor Cryptocurrencies.
☆ The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
☆ The artist's watermark, name, and/or signature should NOT be removed from any work produced.
☆ DO NOT claim the work as yours.
☆ The artwork can only be edited or altered by the artist.
☆ The client is allowed to post the commissioned piece and must provide proper credit to the artist. Not giving credit to me means you will pay for an additional Private Commission Fee.
☆ Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.V. Cancellation and Refund
☆ The artist has the right to decline or cancel the commission at any point in time.
☆ There will be no refunds once the commission has been started.
☆ In the case that the artist has cancelled the commission, a partial amount not higher than 50% of the paid amount shall be refunded to the client.
☆ If the client ceases contact for over 30 days, the commission shall be considered completed and no refunds shall be issued.
